Putter
The Baobab runs 4/0/1/3 — a putt-and-approach mold built to resist, not glide. That zero glide and hefty 3 fade mean it sheds speed fast and dumps left for RHBH throwers, holding its overstable line even off an anhyzer release. Throw it flat or on hyzer for a predictable skip-and-stop; tilt it on a forehand anny and it still beats back overstable. It does not want to fly far, and that's the entire point.
Throw it flat or on a slight hyzer at controlled, putter-level power — overpowering it does nothing but waste effort. In the air it refuses to turn over, holding a tight line before the fade takes over early. It finishes hard left with a sharp skip and minimal roll-away, dropping fast to kill trouble.
Above Ground Level, better known as AGL, got its start in 2011 when Josh Jones grew tired of buying the same mold twice and getting two different flights. He started making his own discs to chase consistency, and the brand officially took the AGL name in 2016. It's a family operation out of San Jose, California, built on frustration that turned into a mission.
