Midrange
The Magnolia is a stable-to-slightly-overstable midrange running 5/5/0/2 in Woodland base and 5/6/0/2 in premium Alpine, where the extra glide earned it a bumped-up rating. Throw it flat and it tracks dead straight before a dependable, modest fade — zero measurable turn means it won't flip even under real power. It handles forehands cleanly too, making it a two-way utility mid for touchy intermediate lines rather than a bomber.
Release it flat with controlled midrange power for the truest line, though it takes a hyzer or forehand angle just fine. In the air it flies straight and predictable, resisting turnover even when you lean on it, with glide that stretches the flight. It finishes with a clean, moderate fade and sits down without skipping wildly.
Above Ground Level, better known as AGL, got its start in 2011 when Josh Jones grew tired of buying the same mold twice and getting two different flights. He started making his own discs to chase consistency, and the brand officially took the AGL name in 2016. It's a family operation out of San Jose, California, built on frustration that turned into a mission.
