Hybrid Driver
The Wrath runs 9/4. 5/-0.5/2 — a stable-overstable speed-9 driver that fills the gap between the Tesla and the Insanity. Thrown flat with power it shows just a touch of high-speed turn before a dependable 2-fade finish, and it takes anhyzer well for flex lines. Less overstable than MVP's Tesla, it's a workhorse for both backhand and forehand, and the disc you reach for when you want a long line that comes back without slamming into the ground.
Release it flat with full power and the disc will respond predictably without requiring exceptional technique. In the air, expect minimal turn off the drive followed by a reliable fade that brings the disc back to center. It lands at a controlled angle and sits where it touches down, making it a dependable choice for distance lines that demand accuracy.
Axiom Discs launched in January 2014 as the colorful sister brand to MVP Disc Sports, founded by Michigan brothers Brad and Chad Richardson. The idea grew out of MVP's Eclipse glow line, where players kept buying discs purely for the vibrant overmold colors. So the Richardsons branched off from MVP's signature black rim to deliver those vivid color combos at a normal price point. Same engineering brains behind the wheel, different aesthetic mission.
