Flight Summary
The Ultra runs 5/3/0/3, an overstable midrange with zero turn and a dependable three fade. Power it down a hyzer or flat into headwind and it holds the angle without flipping, then finishes hard left for righties. It resists torque on forehands, so it earns its spot for anyone who needs a midrange that does exactly one thing every time.
What to Expect
Power it down on a hyzer or throw it flat into headwind—the release angle doesn't matter because this disc refuses to flip. It tracks straight through the air without any turn, then the three fade pulls hard left at the finish. It lands at a steep angle and stays put, perfect for forehand work and wind play.
Brand Context
Birdie Disc Golf Supply Co. launched in the winter of 2018 out of New Castle, Delaware, founded by Derek and Gina Fell. It started life as a retail disc golf store before evolving into a full brand. The pivot to making their own discs came a few years in, once they had the industry footing to do it right.
